The designer calls upon an extensive knowledge and understanding of buildings and their period, taking into account your lifestyle and needs. Doorways and walkways are also considered along with the possibility of extending or altering your property. Ken's experience is often called upon as a design consultant, prior to kitchen design, to work with the customer and their architect. Interviews take place to establish your practical requirements, budget and aesthetic considerations. Then we get to the best bit; Your design work is produced on a drawing board using artistic design skills not often seen these days. As the visuals are drawn by hand many customers later have them framed as decorative pictures to hang on the wall. Design Consultancy: If you’re interested, we can offer you a separate design service, which you can utilise with your own furniture and appliances, using our creative input, at a nominal consultancy fee.
